Royal Experience Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Royal Experience for your travel adventure. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to provide a transparent service in case of tour cancellations. Please read our refund policy carefully:

  1. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date and time:

    Bookings canceled within 48 hours of the originally scheduled date and time will not be eligible for a refund. We understand that cancellations may occur for various reasons, but we cannot issue refunds for cancellations so close to the tour date. However, we will endeavor to offer alternative solutions, such as the option to reschedule the tour for a later date, if available.

  2. Cancellations more than 48 hours from the tour date:

    If you decide to cancel your booking with at least 48 hours' notice from the tour date, you will be eligible for a full refund. A full refund of the amount paid will be issued, minus any service fees or administrative charges, if applicable.

  3. Changes to the tour date:

    You may request a change to the tour date with at least 48 hours' notice from the original booking date at no additional cost. The change is subject to availability.

  4. Tours canceled by Royal Experience:

    In rare cases, Royal Experience may be compelled to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other force majeure situations. In such cases, Royal Experience will offer customers the choice of a full refund of the amount paid or the option to reschedule the tour for a later date.

To request a refund or change, please contact our customer service at least 48 hours before the original tour date. We will do our best to assist you to the best of our abilities.
